Community Administrator

7 hours per week | 6-month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend | Mostly remote-working (with occasional visits required to our Cascade Road site)

  • This role involves:

    • Organising meetings, events and opportunities for HNCLT team members, residents, and users of the new Community Building;

    • Managing correspondence with local and national partners/stakeholders;

    • Basic bookkeeping;

    • General administration.

  • The ideal candidate is:

    • Extremely organised;

    • A confident and creative on- and offline communicator;

    • Experienced with financial/accounting software and systems;

    • Proactive and supportive of HNCLT's mission and values.

  • The successful candidate is invited to schedule their own working pattern, starting with 7 hours per week, at a rate of £15.00 per hour.

 

This newly-created position, previously covered by volunteers, offers the successful candidate an opportunity to help shape the future of our organisation and create a positive and meaningful impact on local lives.
